Job summary

Kettering Health Network in Miamisburg, OH is seeking a Physical Therapist I for a full-time daytime role. You will assess patients, plan and deliver evidence-based PT across the care continuum, focusing on pelvic floor therapy with required certification.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and ensure licensure and safety standards are met, including NPTE and Ohio jurisprudence.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program or equivalent as recognized by the Ohio Board.
• Bachelor's or Master's with current PT licensure acceptable.
• Completion of clinical rotations as part of PT program.
• Current and valid PT license issued by the Ohio Board prior to start date.
• Successful completion of NPTE and Ohio jurisprudence examination.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain during orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to patients across care continuum.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapies to restore function and relieve pain.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safety, access, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies and ensure alignment with Kettering Health's mission and B Safe program.
