Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with current PT licensure acceptable.
• Completion of clinical rotations as part of PT program.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license issued by the Ohio Board prior to start date.
• Successful completion of the NPTE and Ohio jurisprudence examination.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain during orientation period.
• Pelvic floor certification required for the full-time Pelvic Floor PT role.

This role supports patient safety, access, and outcomes by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and educating patients and families on rehabilitation strategies. This role conducts comprehensive assessments, develops individualized treatment plans. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.
