JB Search Partners is partnering with a boutique PT practice in New Jersey to recruit a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, clinical excellence, and mentorship within a collaborative team.

Active NJ PT license (or willingness to obtain) and 1+ year pelvic floor experience preferred. Salaried 36 hours/week, 32 hours patient care, with 3 weeks PTO and 401K with up to 3% match after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Active NJ PT license or willingness to obtain NJ licensure.
• 1+ year of pelvic floor experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently including patient care and related administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide pelvic floor physical therapy with clinical excellence.
• Deliver patient care and perform related administrative tasks independently.
• Engage in mentorship and ongoing clinical development with the team.
