GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to uphold excellent patient care with one-on-one treatments and contribute to a welcoming, collaborative culture. We will consider a PTA or an Occupational Therapist with strong Pelvic Floor interest.

Join a team led by Dr. Lora Seacat, known for multidisciplinary approaches, addressing physical, neurological, and emotional aspects of pain. We value evidence-based practice and high clinical efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a pelvic floor physical therapist.
• Intensive education and clinical expertise.
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid license to practice physical therapy.
• Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy initial evaluations according to APTA standards.
• Develop a comprehensive plan of care for each patient based on initial evaluation findings.
• Understand reimbursement standards by insurance carrier and design a clinically superior patient program.
• Demonstrate compliance by developing short and long-term goals, implementing plan of care, and reporting progress.
• Create and document home exercise plans for patients to enhance therapy benefits.
• Plan and execute discharge of patients.
• Maintain contemporary knowledge through workshops and continuing education.
• Communicate with stakeholders professionally including other healthcare professionals and case managers.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy initial evaluations according to APTA standards
• Develop a comprehensive plan of care for each patient based on initial evaluation findings.
• Understand reimbursement standards by insurance carrier and be able to design a clinically superior patient program that allows for heightened patient success.
• Demonstrate consistent Compliance excellence by (not limited to):
• Develop short and long-term goals for patients
• Implement plan of care
• Provide comprehensive therapy treatment to improve patient well-being and return to optimized functionality.
• Consistently report patient progress to referring physicians and other professionals involved in the ongoing treatment of the patient.
• Create and document home exercise plans for patients to improve benefits of physical therapy.
• Plan and execute discharge of patient
• Maintain contemporary knowledge in physical therapy practice through educational workshops, continuing education, etc.
• Communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner including, but not limited to, other health care professionals, insurance companies, third party payers, case managers, etc.
