Job summary

Foundational Concepts is a therapist-owned pelvic floor physical therapy practice serving the Kansas City community. We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our pelvic health team and provide evidence-based care to a diverse patient population.

You will collaborate with clinicians, pursue ongoing mentorship, continuing education, and advanced training, and contribute to community outreach while building a specialized pelvic health caseload.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Physical Therapy license or is eligible for licensure.
• Interest in pelvic floor physical therapy or willingness to develop expertise.
• Values evidence-based, individualized patient care.
• Enjoys learning and collaborating with clinicians.
• Communicates well with patients and colleagues.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to contribute to a positive team and practice growth.
• Pelvic health experience is preferred but not required.

• Holds a current Physical Therapy license or is eligible for licensure

• Is motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently

Pelvic health experience is preferred but not necessarily required. We are open to the right candidate who has a strong interest in pelvic health and is committed to developing specialized skills.
