Job summary

• Familiarity with testing Pega workflows, rules, and data transforms.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP API testing and basic database validation.

Responsibilities

• Test Plan & Case Design: Create detailed manual and automated test cases from business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Workflow & Rule Validation: Test Pega case types, stage routing logic, SLA, decision tables, and data transforms.
• Integration & API Testing: Validate REST and SOAP web services, database entries, and third-party connections using tools like Postman.
• Debugging & Diagnostic Tools: Use Pega Tracer and PAL to track rule executions and performance.
• Defect Management: Log, track, and retest bugs using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Automation: Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, or PegaUnit.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and UAT support with developers and business analysts.
