Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0 to 1+ years of software development or application support experience.
• Foundational experience with Pega development through coursework or internships.
• Understanding of Pega concepts: case management, rules, workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Dev Studio, App Studio, or Designer Studio.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, version control, and CI/CD basics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to learn quickly.
