Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0 to 1+ years of professional experience in software development or application support.
• Foundational experience with Pega application development through coursework, internships, certifications, or professional experience.
• Basic understanding of Pega platform concepts, including case management, business rules, and workflow automation.
• Exposure to Pega PRPC, Dev Studio, App Studio, or Designer Studio.
• Knowledge of SDLC principles and software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control systems, and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with configuring and developing Pega applications, including case management workflows, UI, business rules, data transformations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and contribute to solution design.
• Participate in testing and code reviews and support ongoing application enhancements.
• Follow Pega development best practices and contribute to peer learning and knowledge sharing.
