We are currently seeking a Pega Senior Systems Architect in Plano, Texas to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position with benefits. Note that this role is not open to C2C or C2H arrangements.

This position is based on a hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week on-site at the client office.

Job Title: Pega Sr. Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Pega BPM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and optimize existing Pega applications.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega BPM.
• Experience with Pega Cosmos.
• Proficient in application design and development using Pega Infinity 8.7 or higher.
• Proficient in SQL and relational database design in Oracle.
• CSSA certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• LSA certification (highly preferred).
• Experience with Pega Smart Dispute, Pega DX APIs, and Surveys.
