Job summary

Qualifications

• Must reside in the state of California for the duration of the internship.
• Hybrid requirements - Preferably live within a 50-mile radius of a BSC office and be available for in-office collaboration 2 times per month.
• Must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of the internship, with a graduation date of December 2025 or later.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for leading/supporting Pega and Salesforce initiatives across various business areas and team process improvement opportunities.
• Drive program and project management activities and support leaders with business case development, initiative prioritization, and roadmaps/timeline creation.
• Collaborate with business to quickly understand business scope, evaluate user needs, and define desired outcomes.
• Lead collection and rationalization of business requirements, complex data analysis, defining future state designs, writing user stories, and more.
