Qualifications

• PEGA Smart BPM and case development experience required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading software teams in a government/regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple development teams and SMEs to translate requirements into a functioning application.
• Mentor and empower application development teams and review technical deliverables.
• Define standards, reusable components, and repeatable processes for projects.
• Participate in project planning, timelines, and resource leveling.
