Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of experience with PEGA Smart BPM.
- 4+ years of experience with Case Development.
- 4+ years of experience as a PEGA Business Architect.
- 4+ years of experience in documenting requirements and test materials.
- Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple development teams and translate business needs into applications.
- Mentor developers and ensure standards and reusable components.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders in agile Sprints.
- Define acceptance criteria and assist in software testing.
- Publish release notes and maintain documentation.
- Provide customer success and internal team support.
