Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of PEGA Smart BPM experience.
- 4+ years of Case Development experience.
- 4+ years as a PEGA Business Architect.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple teams of developers, SMEs, and stakeholders to translate business requirements, processes, and use cases into a fully functional application.
- Mentor software development teams and establish standards, reusable components, and repeatable processes.
- Assist in project planning: timelines, team composition, resource leveling, and PEGA architecture review.
- Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in software testing.
- Publish software release notes and maintain product documentation.
- Provide ongoing support to customer success teams.
- Capture functional software requirements and translate into user stories.
