Capgemini in New York is seeking a Pega Lead Developer to design and deliver scalable Pega applications for BCM and Insurance domains. You will implement business rules, workflows, and data models in line with Common Data Model standards and collaborate with architects to refine requirements.

Expand integration with external systems (KYC/AML, policy systems, financial feeds) and contribute to performance tuning in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Pega CSSA certification required.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity, Constellation UI, and Integration Designer.
• Familiarity with Common Data Model and RESTful service integration.
• Strong understanding of Pega guardrails and Agile delivery.
