Job summary

Capgemini in New York is seeking an experienced Pega Developer to design and implement Pega applications using Constellation UX for BCM and Insurance use cases. You will translate business rules, data models, and workflows into scalable solutions.

Collaborating with architects and analysts, you will integrate external systems, participate in performance tuning, and provide production support in a regulated, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Pega development.
  • Pega CSSA certification.
  • Hands-on with Pega Infinity, Constellation UI, and Integration Designer.
  • Familiarity with Common Data Model and RESTful service integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Pega guardrails and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure Pega applications using Constellation UX and design best practices.
  • Implement business rules, workflows, and data models aligned with standards.
  • Collaborate with architects and analysts to refine functional and technical requirements.
  • Support integration development and testing with external systems (KYC/AML, policy systems, data feeds).
  • Participate in performance tuning and production support in high-volume, regulated environments.
