The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Pega architecture, Constellation UX, enterprise integrations, and large-scale application delivery within highly regulated environments.This role requires a hands-on architect who can drive technical strategy, establish reusable frameworks, mentor development teams, and ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.## Key Responsibilities* Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise Pega applications using Pega Infinity and Constellation UX.* Define and implement reusable components, frameworks, and design standards.* Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.* Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and Pega guardrails.* Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.* Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications and external systems.* Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.* Ensure solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and scalability requirements.## Required Qualifications* **12+ years of overall IT experience*** **12+ years of hands-on Pega development experience*** **3+ years of experience serving as a Pega Lead System Architect*** **Active Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification required*** Deep expertise with: + Pega Infinity + Constellation UX + DX API + Enterprise application integration patterns + DevOps and CI/CD pipelines + Common Data Model concepts* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.* Experience within Financial Services and/or Insurance environments preferred.## Work Authorization**Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders). Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, now or in the future.**The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 129,000 to 145,000.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
