Job summary

System One is seeking a skilled professional to translate business requirements into technical, low-code or no-code solutions using approved development tools. You will facilitate user acceptance testing, develop test cases, and coordinate release planning to production, ensuring alignment with business objectives and corporate strategies.

Qualifications

• Technical experience with Pega Systems as a developer and/or product owner.
• Proficiency with low code/no code development tools.
• Experience facilitating user acceptance testing, developing test cases, and validation.
• Strong documentation skills across SDLC phases.
• Ability to develop and execute project plans and roadmaps.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-organizational teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of system and technology trends and their applications.
• Leadership skills to guide project teams and ensure successful implementation.
• Relevant certifications in Pega or related systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Use approved tools to design, develop, implement and maintain low/no-code business solutions.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing with test cases and criteria.
• Coordinate software change/release planning to production.
• Monitor progress of improvements to ensure benefits.
• Create and maintain SDLC documentation.
• Contribute knowledge articles to enterprise asset repository.
• Analyze data, requirements, processes, and metrics to drive improvements.
