Job summary

Zohorecruit in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Pega apprentice to work under senior developers configuring and supporting Pega applications within an Agile delivery environment. You will gain exposure to enterprise software development practices while contributing to live projects.

Responsibilities include configuring Pega components, building business rules, integrating REST/SOAP connectors, and participating in Agile ceremonies to deliver user stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and SQL basics.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Configure Pega applications using low-code tools: case types, data objects, UI, flows and rules.
• Build and test business rules, activities, data transforms and declarative logic under guidance.
• Develop and integrate connectors and services (REST, SOAP) to external systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver assigned user stories.
• Write and execute unit tests; support QA and debug defects.
• Follow Pega guardrails and best practices to keep apps maintainable and compliant.
• Document configurations and share knowledge across the team.
