Job summary

As an apprentice, you will work under the guidance of senior developers to configure and support Pega applications within an Agile delivery environment. This role offers direct exposure to enterprise software development practices while contributing meaningfully to live projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Pega applications using low-code tools: case types, data objects, UI (sections, harnesses/views), flows, and decision rules
• Build and test business rules, activities, data transforms, and declarative logic under senior guidance
• Develop and integrate connectors and services (REST, SOAP) to external systems
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and deliver assigned user stories
• Write and execute unit tests; support QA and debug defects
• Follow Pega guardrails and best practices to keep applications maintainable and compliant
• Document configurations and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science , IT, or related field — or equivalent training/experience
