Job Description :

• Analyze, design, develop, and implement systems and software, ensuring timely delivery of project work streams and milestones.
• Develop policies, standards, and guidelines for the enterprise-wide use of PEGA technologies.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications using BPM Pega rules and PRPC technology.
• Implement PRPC solutions that integrate multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications to optimize costs and data flow.
• Create and document integration frameworks and technical standards for system changes.
• Review requirements and prepare solution and technical design documents for enterprise and tenant applications, ensuring multitenant capabilities without compromising system performance.
• Design data models, UI, database and services integration, PEGA IAC, and workflows using PEGA components.
• Automate legacy manual processes with PRPC, leveraging Pega Healthcare Framework and Pega CRM.
• Assist in setting up new PEGA environments and migrating existing environments to AWS.
• Perform upgrades from legacy PEGA versions to the latest releases.
• Develop integrations using SOAP, REST, SQL, CMIS, Java, and File Services, connecting with internal systems like MTV, GAMMA, OSR, Salesforce, and Alfresco.
• Create reports for various departments using PRPC and Pega BIX, and support Business Objects XI (BOXI) reporting needs.
• Conduct code reviews, unit and regression testing, and manage code deployments using tools like Pega RAP, SVN, and Jenkins.
• Optimize application performance using tools such as PAL, Pega Log Analyzer, and DB Trace.
• Design and develop web services with Java frameworks, utilizing IDEs like Eclipse and Spring Tool Suite, and handle deployments across environments.
• Apply object-oriented principles and RDBMS tools like Oracle as required.
• Assess the impact of change requests and implement them with minimal disruption to existing workflows.
• Identify and resolve critical issues in production environments.
• Coordinate with offshore team members and review their deliverables for P2E and other projects.
