Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a PEGA Data Science & Analytics specialist to enable faster CDH feature implementation in Vienna, VA (HYBRID). The role requires 5–10 years of experience, a Master’s degree, and 1–2 years of strong data science and coding experience.

Strong Python/PySpark, SQL, and Databricks skills are essential, with Pega CDH experience preferred. The candidate will build reusable analytics notebooks and data pipelines, standardize data retrieval, and deliver KPI-based monitoring

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience and a Master’s degree.
• 1–2 years of strong data science and coding experience.
• Pega CDH experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop library of queries/scripts to replicate CDH customer context in external systems.
• Standardize data retrieval steps for broader team use (interaction to outcome attribution, model data mapping, member profile mapping).
• Create notebooks for the team to answer questions (distribution, arbitration, channel engagement analyses).
• Establish baseline KPIs and monitoring approaches for model performance.
