AgreeYa Solutions, Inc. is seeking a PEGA Business Analyst in Irving, TX on a hybrid basis. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across the SDLC to elicit requirements, design solutions, and implement PEGA PRPC architectures.

The role requires strong Java skills, experience with PEGA rules and components, and the ability to work in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC v6.x/v7.x/v8.x and enterprise applications.
• Proficient in Java and object-oriented design, with strong requirements analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define effective PEGA-based solutions.
• Lead requirements elicitation, high-level design, testing, and warranty activities.
• Work with Pega PRPC across multiple global implementations.
• Apply technical knowledge of Java and enterprise-class applications.
• Prepare design documentation and provide effort estimates.
• Ensure Pega architecture and best practices are followed.
