Job summary

Qualifications

• PEGA Business Architect Certification with 3+ years post-certification experience.

• 7+ years of Agile software development experience.
• 7+ years developing use cases, user stories, and functional docs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

This role serves as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into high-quality PEGA solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• 7+ years of experience developing use cases, user stories, and functional documentation.
• 7+ years of experience documenting functional designs, test cases, and training materials.
• 7+ years of experience leading software testing and validation efforts.
• 7+ years of experience deploying and configuring enterprise software solutions.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow analysis, and change management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
