Job summary

XDIN, a subsidiary of ALTEN Group, seeks a Business Analyst to join an agile team and transform requirements into actionable user stories for automotive clients. You will work with stakeholders and apply Pega knowledge to drive process improvements.

Ideal candidates bring PMI-PBA/CBAP/IIBA-AAC credentials and 3+ years of Pega project experience, within industrial automotive contexts, and must communicate fluently in English.

Qualifications

• PMI-PBA, CBAP or IIBA-AAC certification is required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of direct Pega implementation project experience.
• Experience in the Heavy Truck, Automotive, or Heavy Equipment industries is preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Join an agile team working with an implementation partner.
• Translate traditional requirements into process workflows and user stories.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders in the heavy automotive domain.
• Demonstrate strong Pega solution understanding with related process knowledge.
