Job Description

The System Architect will lead multiple teams of developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to convert business requirements, process flows, use cases, and integration documentation into fully functional applications that meet user needs. The architect mentors and empowers application development teams, gathers and documents business and system requirements, proposes solutions, develops UI, service and data tier components, infrastructure and security for PRPC, and establishes standards and reusable components.

Responsibilities include project planning, composing technical teams, managing resources, reviewing technical deliverables, and promoting consistency and productivity.

Required Skills

• PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives – 7 years
• PEGA PRPC Use Case Development – 5 years
• Conversion of business to process flow – 5 years
• Experience with PRPC 7.1.x
• Pega Certified professionals (CSSA) with at least 5 years of live implementation
• Strong knowledge of PEGA connectors, performance tuning, decision trees, listeners, UI design, integration, and security model
• Full lifecycle PEGA implementations (preferably PEGA 7)
• All phases of software development lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
• Create reusable components across enterprise for customer experience
• Perform regular code and design reviews
• Use performance measurement tools like PAL, SMA, Alerts, and PLA
