Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services, LLC) is seeking an IT Systems Architect to lead multiple teams of developers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate business requirements, processes, and use cases into a fully functional PEGA-based application. You will mentor development teams and help establish standards and reusable components.

A key part of the role is assisting in project planning, including timelines, team composition, and resource leveling, ensuring delivery of enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 4+ years with PEGA Smart BPM and case development.
• 4+ years as PEGA Business Architect.
• 4+ years managing SDLC requirements and agile development.
• 4+ years documenting requirements, test cases, and training materials.
• 4+ years leading test execution.
• 4+ years configuring and deploying enterprise software.
• Strong communication and software delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Lead Business Architect and ITO PEGA teams and translate between technical and nontechnical team members.
• Work with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders, lead Business Analysts to translate requirements to application.
• Participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning activities.
• Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in software testing.
• Publish software release notes and maintain other product documentation.
• Mentor Software Development team members.
• Support customer success teams.
• Capture functional software requirements and translate into user stories.

IT Systems Architect

As an IT Lead System Architect for CGS, you will lead multiple teams consisting of developers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to convert the business requirements, process workflows, and use cases into a fully functional application. You will use an enterprise level vision and be responsible for mentoring and empowering the application development teams. As the PEGA architect you will assist in the development and review of technical deliverables. A successful candidate will have the ability to establish standards, develop repeatable processes, and design reusable components. A key role for this job is to assist in project planning, including development of timelines, composition of technical teams, and leveling of resources.

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in an organization that develops and delivers software to customers.
