Job summary

Leidos in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Pega Senior Developer to modernize CMS CRM workflows with AI-driven capabilities. You will lead Pega development, design automated processes, and build AI-enabled guided workflows within CSR workspace.

The role requires 8–10 years of software development experience, Pega certification, and eligibility for Public Trust. You will collaborate with PMs, AI leads, and system architects to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years of relevant software development experience.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) or higher certification.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled features (predictive analytics, NLP, decisioning, next-best-action) within the Pega Platform.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pega development of AI-driven capabilities as defined in the SOO.
• Design and develop Pega RPA bots to automate CMS mainframe transactions.
• Architect and build automated workflows, case types, and business rules in Pega.
• Lead AI-enabled guided workflows, knowledge surfacing, and next-best-action within CSR workspace.
• Implement predictive intent recognition and interaction summarization using Pega AI and LLM services.
• Develop CSR coaching analytics, including sentiment analysis and dashboards.
• Build role-based dashboards with AI-surfaced insights and access controls.
• Translate AI features into sprint-level user stories and technical designs.
• Collaborate with architecture and product teams to ensure compliance and governance.
