Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Pega-focused Agile Scrum specialist to drive successful delivery across project releases. You will manage sprint planning, execution, and reporting, translating plans into structured backlogs and ensuring tasks are well-defined and resourced.

You will facilitate daily scrums, lead core Scrum ceremonies, and monitor sprint performance. Strong Pega knowledge and Agile governance will help keep teams aligned and delivery on track for federal projects.

Qualifications

Pega Certification is required.
3+ years of experience supporting Agile/Scrum teams or managing sprint operations.
Experience creating and managing sprint backlogs, including estimating hours, assigning resources, and tracking task progress.
Ability to facilitate daily scrum calls and lead Scrum Ceremonies such as Sprint Kick‑Off, End‑of‑Sprint Reviews, and Lessons Learned sessions.
Strong understanding of Agile project management principles and sprint governance.

Responsibilities

Define and drive sprint planning and execution, translating project plans into structured sprint backlogs.
Monitor sprint and release performance, identify risks or blockers, and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure delivery within Agile frameworks and maintain momentum across releases.
