Qualifications

• Foundational experience with Pega application development through coursework, internships, certifications, or professional experience.
• Basic understanding of Pega platform concepts including case management, business rules, and workflow automation.
• Exposure to Pega PRPC, Dev Studio, App Studio, or Designer Studio.
• Knowledge of SDLC principles and software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control, and CI/CD concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based business process solutions.
• Configure and develop Pega applications, including case management workflows, user interfaces, business rules, data transformations, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and contribute to solution design.
• Participate in testing and code reviews and support ongoing enhancements.
