Job summary

AdventHealth is looking for a tutoring facilitator to lead individual and group sessions, align with curriculum, and help students develop effective learning strategies.

You will create a tutoring schedule, maintain records, protect confidentiality, and collaborate with instructors. Requires at least an associate degree and strong communication, patience and problem‑solving. This PRN day-shift role is based in Orlando, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates both individual and group tutoring sessions based on curriculum and program coordinator's discretion.
• Assists students in developing effective learning strategies and critical thinking skills using appropriate equipment and resources.
• Creates and maintains a tutoring schedule that is convenient for both the student and the tutor.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of each tutoring session.
• Ensures strict confidentiality of all student information, materials, and discussions shared in the tutoring relationship.
