Pathways Inc. is looking for a full-time Peer Support Specialist to provide vital support to adults facing mental health or substance use challenges. Utilizing personal recovery experiences, the Specialist will mentor individuals, fostering hope and self-advocacy while connecting them with essential resources.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and certification as a Peer Support Specialist. They should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a history of lived recovery experiences.

Salary: $32,500 – $36,652.50 annually
Pathways is seeking a compassionate and recovery-focused Peer Support Specialist (PSS) to provide support, advocacy, and encouragement to adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. This position utilizes lived experience to empower individuals on their recovery journey, helping them build hope, develop self‑advocacy skills, and connect with resources that support long‑term wellness and recovery. The Peer Support Specialist works collaboratively with consumers and treatment team members to promote recovery, resilience, and community integration.
This is a full‑time position.
