Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Peer Support Specialist for a full-time 40 hours/week role (7a-3:30p, Sun-Thur). This position offers a full benefits package and opportunity for language differential pay.

As a Peer Support Specialist you will provide recovery-based services in a community setting, drawing on your own lived experience to support members and promote wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services to members in a community setting and facilitate recovery-based services by sharing your own past or present personal experiences.
• Provide living skills training, personal assistance and peer and family support.
• Help members with care coordination and access to additional community supports.
• Promote community integration, independence and self-sufficiency, and maintain accurate documentation of member engagements.

Pay starting at $17.00/hour DOE

Responsibilities

As Terros Health's Peer Support Specialist you will provide supportive services to our members in a community setting and facilitate recovery-based services by sharing your own past or present personal experiences. You will provide living skills training, personal assistance and peer and family support. You will help members with care coordination and help them access additional community supports.

Other duties include promoting community integration, independence and self-sufficiency, as well as maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of member engagements.
