The Peer Support Services Program Supervisor plays a vital leadership role in advancing recovery-oriented services throughout Blue Ridge Health. Drawing upon the values, principles, and practices of peer support, the Program Supervisor provides leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Peer Support Specialists while promoting a culture of hope, dignity, self-determination, self-advocacy, wellness, and community inclusion. This role requires flexibility to transport clients/patients to organization-sponsored services or resources that address their basic and clinical needs. Drivers transporting clients/patients or driving company vehicles are to be age 21 or greater. For those using their personal vehicles to transport clients/patients, a certificate of insurance is required demonstrating at least the minimum required NC auto liability insurance.
