The Peer Support Services Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team and caseload to achieve productivity while providing services to A Caring Alternative consumers.

Job Duties Include:

  • Provide consultation to team members about recovery and the role of Peer Support Specialists.
  • Manage monthly schedules and facilitate treatment team meetings.
  • Ensure all documentation, consents, and Person Centered Plans are up to date.
  • Provide monthly supervision and document accordingly.
  • Complete weekly staff meeting minutes.

Basic Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 360, Excel, Word, and basic programs.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Pass criminal background and regulatory checks.
  • Proof of education.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related Human Services field.
  • NC Certified Peer Support Specialist.
  • At least two years of experience in adult behavioral health with relevant populations.
