Ideal candidates are SXU students with a 3.0 GPA, able to demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills, and willing to participate in mandatory training.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Saint Xavier University student.
• Resume and Cover Letter required.
• Federal Work Study is not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students one-on-one or in small groups to support course content.
• Coordinate with professors for tutoring as needed and promote tutoring services.
• Maintain accurate appointment records and complete session reports in Navigate.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and complete ongoing professional development (≈10 hours/semester).
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain client confidentiality and exhibit professional behavior.
• Be responsible, dependable, and punctual and communicate conflicts to staff.
