What You Will Do
- Meet with new individuals served to orient them to PACT services.
- Help individuals served develop wellness and recovery plans.
- Act as part of a team, sharing knowledge and experience with all team members while working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Help individuals served with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Support individuals served who are involved with the criminal justice system.
- Support individuals served who are experiencing a psychiatric crisis.
- Encourage independence, competency, and decision-making.
- Initiate and support quality of life through empowerment, safety awareness, and respect and dignity.
- Provide outreach services to individuals served on a frequent basis as required by supervisor.
- Act as primary implementer of strategies to meet Treatment Plan goals.
Who You Are
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle available for all working hours required.
- Peer certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 1 year of employment, required.
- Forensic peer certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 1 year of employment, required.
- Minimum of six months' experience in human services preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to consistently update professional experience and learn new skills.
- Ability to maintain job effectiveness under changing conditions.

Pay Range: $21.50-$24.00
