• Work effectively as part of a team to provide support and advocacy for clients.
• Provide services that meet agency standards and client needs.
• Document service activities according to standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to support clients’ recovery.
• Assist and empower clients using mental health and addiction services.
• Facilitate support and self-help groups.
• Guide clients in developing recovery and crisis plans.
• Support clients in meetings and social events.
• Build relationships with community agencies.
• Participate in training to stay current with recovery practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Attend staff meetings and rounds.
• Provide transportation to clients as needed, including in personal or program vehicles.
• Respect diverse views, demonstrate professionalism, and foster an inclusive environment.

Qualifications:

• Case Manager I (Grade 5): High School Diploma/GED; Associate’s preferred.
• Case Manager II (Grade 6): Bachelor’s degree in psychology or human services preferred.
• Experience as a service recipient in the mental health system; certified or eligible for Mass Peer Specialist training.
• Lived experience required.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to provide insured vehicle for work.
• Ability to pass a CORI check.
