Job summary

HopeLink Behavioral Health in Loudoun and Arlington Counties is seeking a Program Manager of Peer Services. This part-time role (20 hrs/wk) guides Peer Support Specialists and Supervisors, ensuring program quality, staff development, and compliance with CSB contracts.

The position requires QMHP and Registered Peer Recovery Specialist, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The role involves liaison work with CSBs and occasional evening events; EHR proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory experience required; supervisory experience with persons with lived experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation counseling or related field.
• QMHP and Registered Peer Recovery Specialist required.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; able to learn EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, administrative, and managerial supervision to assigned Peer Support Specialists and Supervisors.
• Oversee peer programs and staff, ensure policies and procedures are followed and program standards met.
• Determine staffing needs and oversee hiring/termination and evaluations.
• Serve as liaison between HopeLink and CSBs for service delivery, reporting, and collaboration with Health Integration team.
• Ensure service utilization meets contractual obligations and oversee program reporting.
• Ensure documentation and data collection meet contract and organizational policies and deadlines.
• Train staff and set goals; conduct timely performance appraisals.
• Assist staff with caseloads and client referrals; coordinate with County Program liaison.
• Conduct trainings for peer staff.
