  • Provide real-time operational and technical support during virtual and in-person peer review meetings.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, materials, attendance, schedules, and administrative documentation.
  • Track operational tasks and panel readiness and identify issues requiring SRO or system-support attention.
  • Support administrative quality checks of panel records and required documentation.
  • Support Summary Statement and other post-review production workflows, document coordination, tracking, and quality-control activities while the SRO retains responsibility for scientific accuracy and quality.
  • Assist with organization, preparation, dissemination, and maintenance of materials before, during, and after peer review meetings.
  • Support repeatable, standardized, and scalable peer review operational processes.
  • Coordinate across multiple panels when schedules and workload permit.

  • Strong written and verbal communication and customer-service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, Microsoft SharePoint, and web-based systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and respond effectively during time-sensitive peer review periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting scientific peer review, grant review, research administration, or Federal health or science programs.
  • Experience supporting virtual and/or in-person scientific meetings.
  • Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP), Department of Defense (DoD), National Institutes of Health (NIH), or comparable Federal research-review experience.
  • Experience with peer review systems and document-production workflows.
Benefits
  • Health (PPO & HDHP) Insurance, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability (STD) & Long-Term Disability (LTD), Basic Life Insurance, 401(k) Company Match, & Voluntary Products.
