At Boulder, Peer Recovery Specialists use their lived experience intentionally to support individuals with substance use disorders. You’ll provide independent, recovery-oriented support that is trauma-informed and grounded in harm reduction.
The role requires a strong foundation in peer support principles, sound judgment, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with individuals navigating complex needs and barriers to care. In this work, you’ll support patient autonomy, meet individuals where they are, and help patients identify and pursue recovery goals that are meaningful to them.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
The pay range for this position is $24.52 to $28.32 per hour , commensurate with experience. Employees in this position are eligible for the comprehensive benefits package described below.
