Job summary

A leading health services organization is seeking a full-time Recovery Coach based in Lynn, MA. This role involves providing non-clinical support services at Peer Recovery Support Centers and health coaching to individuals utilizing community resources. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, have a minimum of two years of recovery experience, and complete certification within the first year. Strong communication and computer skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of uninterrupted recovery required; three to five years preferred.
Completion of Recovery Coach Academy and certification within the first 12 months.
Ability to document clinical services using an Electronic Health Record.

Responsibilities

Provide non-clinical support services within Peer Recovery Support Centers.
Offer health and wellness coaching to patients utilizing community supports.
Assist members based on personal experience with addiction or mental health disorders.
