Competenze

• Lived recovery experience is preferred.
• Peer Recovery Coach Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Build rapport with patients using Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed approaches.
• Lead recovery groups in ambulatory and psychiatric inpatient levels of care.
• Coordinate referrals and linkage with community services and treatment providers.
• Document care accurately in the EHR and monitor patient outcomes.
• Support patient goals with self-management education and ongoing follow-up after discharge.
