Telecare Corporation is seeking a Peer Recovery Coach I to engage with members, support recovery goals, and promote a recovery-centered culture.
The role requires CPC credentials and a valid driver's license, with shifts including weekends. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within Telecare's recovery-centered clinical system.

The Peer Recovery Coach I engages, inspires, and facilitates meaningful conversations with members served that assist the members to explore, create, and meet their own recovery goals. Peer Recovery Coaches provide consultation to the team to promote and reinforce Telecare's Recovery Culture as defined by the Telecare Recovery Centered Clinical System (RCCS) in which each member's point of view and preferences are recognized, understood, respected, and integrated into services and self-help programming. Additionally, Peer Recovery Coaches respond to critical situations with high-level engagement and de-escalation skills which support a least restrictive environment for members served experiencing an emergency related to a mental health/addiction challenge.
Candidates must have fully completed all requirements for the Certified Peer Counselor (CPC) credential through the Washington Health Care Authority (HCA), including both online and in-person training components, prior to applying.

Start at 8:00am, 8:30am, or 9:00am
Expected starting wage range is $19.67 - $21.69. The full wage range goes up to $27.75. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
