Job summary

Job description

Provide quality services that facilitate recovery and wellness for people living with substance use concerns. Services are client-centered, delivered in the home/community, and include case management, support, and sharing of personal history with and knowledge of substance use and mental health recovery. Position Requirements:

• Proven ability to address the recovery needs of individuals

• Current certification as a Peer Recovery Coach or ability to pursue the certification
