Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: To provide peer recovery services to individuals who have been identified as having risk for substance misuse or substance use disorder. Service provision will focus on connecting individuals to resources in the community and ensuring smooth care transitions to various support and treatment services. The Peer Recovery Coach will utilize a variety of approaches and interventions to promote wellness promoting successful community integration experiences. Provide individualized support and skill teaching in the community and clinic to promote skill building and new role development. Assist individuals in meeting goals supporting recovery from alcohol abuse, opioid abuse, or any other substance abuse though individual and group sessions.
