Job summary

Missouri State University’s Springfield Campus is seeking a Student Work Study Peer Mentor within the Department Academic Success and Transition. You will provide academic support strategies, mentoring, and coordinate activities with CAST staff.

This role requires 15 credit hours completed, a 3.0 GPA, strong communication, and a positive work ethic. Work location is on campus, Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 7–9 hours per week.

  • Peer mentors will assist with coordinating panel discussions as needed.
  • Peer mentors will help with other duties as assigned, including general office tasks.
