Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA (waived for first semester new students).
• Enrolled in a minimum of 11 semester hours of credit classes.
• Exhibit knowledge of issues impacting historically underrepresented populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to first-year students.
• Model and teach effective academic success behaviors.
• Refer students to appropriate campus and community resources.
