Job summary

Richmond University Medical Center in the United States is seeking a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate to lead outreach and engagement activities with individuals at risk of overdose. You will coordinate with harm reduction services and document assessments and care planning following ASAM guidelines.

The role requires CRPA certification, a High School diploma, and a Monday–Friday 9a–5p schedule. This position is based on-site with a salary range listed per hour.

  • Connect clients to harm reduction services including naloxone training and kits.
  • Complete or document clinical assessments, treatment and care planning activities, and continuing care management per ASAM guidelines.
  • Use SI PPS systems to track outreach and engagement activity; conduct Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) assessments using SI PPS technology and make referrals to treatment and recovery services.
  • Ensure each participant signs a 42 CFR compliant universal consent, documented electronically using SI PPS systems, so information can be shared between participating agencies and SI PPS
  • Track and report outreach, engagement, and outcomes and report to SI PPS on a quarterly basis
  • Participate in biweekly case conferences to review outreach and engagement activities

Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)
