Richmond University Medical Center is hiring a Social Worker for outpatient care. The role includes clinical and case management duties, conducting individual, group, and family therapy, and addressing psychosocial needs from assessment through post-hospital follow-up. Strong documentation is required.
Education requires a Master’s degree and NYS LMSW/LCSW licensure. Familiarity with crisis intervention and community referrals is preferred.

Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)
The Social Worker will provide clinical and case management care to patients with intellectual and or developmental disabilities across the life span in an outpatient setting. Documentation must be in a timely and quality manner. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy. Assess, identify, and provide services for patients/families; address psychosocial concerns as well as post hospital care, including crisis intervention, advocacy and community referrals.
Master's degree required.
NYS Registration/Certification as a Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) is required. Membership in the NASW Academy is a plus.
Knowledge of medical/health related setting and/or specialty area experience preferred.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9a-5p; Tuesday & Thursday 11a-7p
$39.683/hr - $48.430/hr
