Job summary

Ecore-International seeks a Peeler Operator for the 3rd shift in Pennsylvania. You will safely operate peeling equipment, set up and troubleshoot, ensure quality output, and meet production deadlines.

This role requires data entry, routine maintenance, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, conducting quality checks, handling materials, and supporting continuous improvement efforts while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience considered.
• Experience operating industrial machinery preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and adjust peeling equipment following procedures.
• Review production orders and verify materials and specifications.
• Gather and stage materials for production runs.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust to maintain productivity and quality.
• Conduct visual inspections and perform routine maintenance; report issues.
• Enter production data and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members.
